For me, it doesn’t get any better than this breakfast. Why? Because it’s healthy, delicious, nutritious, simple to make and very convenient.
This is what you do. Get a glass jar. Fill half of it with oats, the other half with cocoanut milk. Chop a handful of walnuts and throw them in there. Add some maple syrup to sweeten things up. A little vanilla extract to vanilla things up, and chia seeds. Store it in the fridge overnight and in the morning you have a great, quick, tasty breakfast. Add some fresh fruit in the morning or whatever else you’d like.
An added benefit is you can make more jars at once. This way, you can have a quick meal or snack whenever you get hungry. Plus, you can take the jars anywhere and everywhere.
